Dr. G has launched the food blog, “Good Eats with Chancellor Martin & Dr. G,” which will showcase local restaurants and the people behind them. Schedules permitting, Gonzalez and Martin hope to visit a new restaurant every few weeks and share photos and recommendations.
Gonzalez, Martin launch food blog
I hope the blog will inspire students and their families to explore different neighborhoods and meet the people of St. Louis.
Steve’s Hot Dogs
What better way to make new students feel at home that than to take them to a local favorite that specializes in an all-American classic like hot dogs!
Turmeric Pan-Indian Cuisine
Down the street from WashU’s off-campus Loft Apartments, Turmeric Pan-Indian Cuisine is the perfect restaurant to frequent with your friends and is a great choice to take your family when they come to visit.
Terror Tacos
Not your typical taco joint, the all-vegan Terror Tacos surprised me with its delicious food and unique theming.
Uncle Bill’s Pancake and Dinner House
Pancakes, coffee and fried chicken. What more could you need? The cozy atmosphere and quintessential comfort food will make you feel like you’re home.
