Dr. G. is featured on WashU social media to celebrate first-generation college students at WashU. Her career path, that began with immigrating to the U.S. from the Philippines, led to a doctoral degree. Her deeply-ingrained principles of diligence, work ethic and giving back the the community have shaped her 25+ years in higher education. Dr. G is focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of campus life.
